Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancel or Reschedule 24+ Hours Before
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson and you will receive a 100% credit for the full lesson value, which can be applied to a future booking.
Cancel Within 24 Hours or Fail to Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson, will incur the full lesson fee. This applies regardless of reason.
Learner Driver Acknowledgement
The Learner Driver acknowledges that the cancellation fee is not excessive and relates to reasonable costs incurred by Derive Driving School and the instructor as a result of the late cancellation or no-show.
